预防企业邮箱被侵措施和办法

   近年来，一些外贸企业提到，其业务员邮箱被盗黑客盗取，导致国外客户向黑客指定的账户支付货款，从而造成争议的事情时有发生。针对这种情况，我们建议企业在与国外客户签订合同或订单时，在其中明确载明外贸企业收款账户，并约定如下条款，以避免产生不必要的损失：

  “以上账户为卖方唯一正式收款账户，如有变化，卖方会将书面官方文件寄送给买方，并与买方电话确认；否则买方收到的任何有关卖方账户变更的信息均不发生效力，买方仍应向以上账户付款。

    The above account is the only official receiving account of the Seller. If there is any change, the Seller will deliver the official written notice to the Purchaser, followed up with phone confirmation.Otherwise, any information received by the Purchaser related to the change of bank account shall not be effective and the Purchaser shall still be obliged to make full payment to the above bank account.”
